Returns
We offer a 7-day return window from the date your order is received. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Inclusive of tags and accessories

Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation
Please note that customers are responsible for arranging and covering return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Once your request is reviewed, we’ll provide the return instructions and return address. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
First-Time Buyer Money Back Guarantee
For first-time QYVE customers, selected products may qualify under our QYVE Confidence Guarantee.
If you are not satisfied with your first purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product, subject to review and approval by our team.
The product must still be in good condition and returned with its original packaging.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive:

Contact us immediately with photos/videos so our team can assess the issue and arrange a suitable resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

Exchanges
If you require a different size or product, please contact us first. Subject to stock availability, we’ll assist with the exchange process.
Customers will be responsible for shipping costs related to size exchanges unless otherwise stated.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you on the approval status of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
